HOTEL BOOKING TERMS
Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel provides online reservation services on this Site for the hotels. Any reservations made through this Site are made between the individual making the reservation (“Guest”) and the hotel (“Hotel”). The reservation is subject to the local terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Hotel from time to time and is subject to the laws and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the Hotel is located.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in its sole discretion for any reason. The Hotel does not accept any liability or responsibility for any third-party costs, claims, liabilities or expenses howsoever incurred or suffered by the Guest in relation to or associated with the Guest travelling to and/or from the Hotel, such as flights, land transportation, communications, insurance, lost property, medical services, etc.
Please note that different terms, conditions and cancellation policies in relation to all online bookings via this Site may apply depending each promotion and room or rate type selected. Please read carefully the room rate details that are provided before you make your online booking. You are advised to check the rate details before making your online reservation.
Once your booking is made, you will receive an on-screen confirmation reference number. It is recommended you keep a note of this number. You will also receive an email including this reference number and your reservation details.
In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, you will need the aforementioned confirmation reference number as well as the guest’s last name used to make the reservation.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Vietnam law and the Vietnam courts shall have jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or in connection with them.
Currency rates are based on publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Room rates are guaranteed only in hotel local currency. Currency quotes are not updated every day. The currency information supplied by this Site is believed to be accurate, but The Hotel does not warrant or guarantee such accuracy.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- No fee is applied for payment made by Visa/Master/American Express card
- All Promotional rates are included 10% tax and 5% service charges.
- Check in: from 14:00;
- Check out: no later than 12:00;
Late check-out policy:
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- Half day charge applies for late check-out before 18:00pm subject to room availability.
- Full day charge applies for late check-out after 18:00pm subject to room availability
Early check-in policy
- Early check-in: subject to room availability.
- Half day charge applies for early check-in after 09:00 AM -Full day charge applies for early check-in before 09:00 AM
- A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
- For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels;
- Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.
- Child under 6-year old: Free breakfast for one child age 6 and below, sharing bed with parents
- Child from 6-year old to under 12-year old: complimentary sharing the existing beds with parents and surcharge breakfast for child from 6 to 12 years is 235,000++/ child/ room/ night – Child from 12-year old is considered as adult – Extra bed is provided at 1,200,000++/ unit/room/ night
Cancellation/Amendment Policy: This policy defines how to handle cancellations:
- If cancellation/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours including reservations made within that time, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Promotion rates (Early Bird/Long Stay/Last Min/Package) are Non – changeable, Non – refundable
* The refund process will take approximately 7 to 20 working days depending on the intermediary bank.
Complaints or Comments:
- We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaints or comments regarding a stay at one of our hotels should be made in the first instance to the hotel’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately.
- Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to Managing Director at email@example.com
By agreeing to these Terms, you are representing and warranting to us that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You therefore have the legal authority and ability to agree to such Terms on your own accord.
If however you are below 18 years old: you must obtain consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), their acceptance of these Terms and their agreement to take responsibility for: (i) your actions; and (ii) your acceptance and compliance with these Terms.
